Hotel Reservation (see the details on the Hotel description.doc)

Rooms will be allocated according to the chronological receipt of the requests
Tariffs above include overnight stay, tax and VAT and can be subjected to modifications. Hotel reservations must  be made by filling the relevant space on the registration form which should reach the Organizing Secretariat within 15 July 2007 , together with the hotel deposit, corresponding to the full payment of the nights in the selected Hotel plus € 18.00 for each room for reservation fee.

The Hotel reservation will be accepted only if received together with the required full payment; the Hotel will  then be considered pre-paid, exception being made for any extras, which should be paid directly by the guest before leaving.
Invoice will be issued directly by the Hotel at the check-out, while the reservation fees will be billed by the Organizing Secretariat.

The cancellations should be written to the Organizing Secretariat within July 28th.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the Congress Secretariat will charge the following amounts:
In case of cancellation within July 28th, 2007: only the reservation fee (€ 18.00) will be kept.
In case of cancellation within August 20th, 2007: 1 night accommodation will be charged.
In case of cancellation after August 20th, 2007: 100% of the foreseen accommodation will be charged.
Confirmation of the Hotel reservation will be sent to the participants by the Organizing Secretariat.

Business lunch

Business lunches will be served at the University canteen.
